eglas - Landscapers & Weed Control Anglesey & Gwynedd

Tip of the week. Now is the time to prune Clematis viticella and other large flowered summer flowering clematis. Cut them down to about knee high making sure there is still a ladder of twiggy sticks remaining so the new shoots have support. Then add compost and mulch. Remember that all shrubs that are pruned severely need generous feeding with slow release fertiliser to make up for their loss.
